How does remote bookkeeping work?
We start with a video call, onboard you securely through the Avanti client portal, connect to your existing accounting and banking systems, and then close your books on a set monthly schedule with recurring video reviews.
Is my financial information secure?
Documents and statements are exchanged through the Avanti portal rather than email, and we work inside your cloud accounting platforms with access you control.
Can you help if we sell or have employees in multiple states?
Yes. We track sales by state to help monitor sales tax nexus, record payroll liabilities by state, and prepare year end packages for your CPA or our tax partner, Elite Taxation.
What time zone do you work in?
Our office runs on Eastern Time, and we schedule reviews and CFO meetings to suit clients in Central, Mountain and Pacific time.
