Core fits up to 3 bank or credit card accounts and roughly 300 monthly transactions. Growth fits up to about 5 accounts and 600 transactions with a more involved close. Advanced is for 5 or more accounts, 600 or more transactions, and deeper monthly review. We confirm the fit during your free consultation.
When will my monthly financial statements be ready?
We close your books each month once statements and documents are in, then deliver your reports through Avanti along with any questions about unusual transactions.
What happens if I go over my plan's transaction range?
Ranges are guidelines, not hard limits. If your volume changes consistently over several months, we talk with you before adjusting anything.
Can you take over from my current bookkeeper?
Yes. We review the books you have, clean up anything that needs correcting, and transition the work without losing history. If your books are behind, catch-up is quoted separately first.
